S4 & S5 – Group English Coursework Classes
This course is an eight-lesson, two week programme for a maximum of 12 students who want to:
- achieve results in English National 5 and Higher coursework
and
- write personal essays more effectively.
Why Study This Course?
30% of the final grade in English is coursework. The essay can be completed before school starts meaning when others are panicking before prelims, you can enjoy peace of mind. This course assists with the personal essay.

Chris

Chris established Learning Better in 2017 to offer a new dimension to the education sector. Within the Learning Better team, Chris leads on tutoring maths, English and study skills. His expertise lies in implementing goal oriented personal development.
Chris studied at the University of Edinburgh before qualifying as a teacher of maths with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Birmingham. Chris taught English around the world, most recently for the British Council in Hong Kong where he pioneered work on independent learning.
